INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

This Information and Disclosure Form has been prepared in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("PDPL"), regulating the processing and transfer of "Personal Data" of individuals. Within the scope of Law No. 6698, any current information shared with our company will be considered "Personal Data."

The security of your personal data is of great importance to us. Your personal data will be processed in compliance with the conditions specified by the legislation, in the most secure manner possible, and for the period required by legal obligations. Your collected personal data will be processed in accordance with the principles of legality and fairness, accuracy, necessity for the purpose for which they are processed, being related to the purpose of processing, limited and proportionate to the purpose, and in compliance with the principles of retention specified in the relevant legislation.

a) Data Controller Your personal data, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, may be processed by as the "Data Controller" within the scope described below.

b) Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data Your collected personal data are processed for the following purposes: fulfilling the obligations of individuals and legal entities in a business relationship with our company, providing information about updates, establishing and performing contracts with you, reminding and fulfilling legal obligations, conducting various advertising and marketing activities, conducting surveys and polls to get your opinions, determining suitable products, projects, and services for you, making them personalized and improving them, providing effective customer service, notifying you of changes in legislation and internal policies relevant to you, or making other notifications relevant to you, celebrating birthdays, inclusion in draws or contests, giving gifts, and conducting other similar events, promotions, and campaigns in your favor, informing you via email, SMS, and fax, keeping you informed about campaigns, sending printed newsletters, magazines, and campaign-related articles, determining our visitor profile, evaluating requests, complaints, and questions from you, and implementing our company's human resources policies.

c) Recipients and Purposes of Transferring Personal Data Processed personal data, with compliance to the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL and taking necessary security measures, may be transferred to our direct/indirect domestic/international subsidiaries or affiliates, service/support/consultancy providers, or collaboration partners, domestic/international/international public/private institutions and organizations, companies, and other third parties or organizations such as our company's subsidiaries, consultants, shareholders, or solution partners of other group companies, Central Registry Agency, and other authorized institutions, suppliers, or subcontractors. may process and store your personal data in servers located within or outside Turkey, with necessary security measures.

d) Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Basis Your personal data can be obtained through various channels ( headquarters, branches, agents, sales offices, or other subcontractors or business partners we can contact in physical environments, call centers, websites, mobile applications, and similar electronic transaction platforms, social media, or other public channels, participating in training, conferences, or similar events, or through other group companies or persons and organizations they have agreements with, in writing, verbally, by sound or image recording, or in other physical or electronic media, etc.). Your personal data are collected and processed based on the legal grounds specified in subparagraphs (c), (ç), (e), and (f) of the second paragraph of Article 5 of the PDPL, as it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, the data controller has a legal obligation, for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, and with your explicit consent. Your personal data are stored in compliance with legal obligations or for the period permitted by the relevant legislation.

e) Your Rights as the Data Subject As the data subject whose personal data are processed, you have the rights to learn whether your personal data are processed, request information if your personal data have been processed, learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or internationally, request correction if personal data are incomplete or incorrect, request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, and request notification of these transactions to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred, object to the occurrence of a result against you by the analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems, and demand the remedy of damages in case personal data are processed unlawfully. According to Article 13 of the PDPL, you can submit your requests related to the exercise of these rights in writing to our company. If the Personal Data Protection Board determines a fee, our company will charge the fee specified in the tariff. In this context, data subjects can personally submit their requests, including their explanations regarding their rights specified in Article 11 of the PDPL, by completing this form and delivering the wet-signed copy to Customer Relations Department at "" address with identity verification documents, or they can send it via a notary.
